Jason Honchar
A native GTA resident, Jason founded Codam in 1998 after graduating from the University of British Columbia. The company started with 3 employees providing painting and general maintenance services to residential and small business clients. Jason has since grown the company and service offerings to a point where it now serves large, multi-national corporations along with the clients that trusted Codam with their needs in those early days. With Jason operating Codam Building Solutions on a ‘no job too big or small’ moto, the company now boasts a long list of clients in all industries and of all sizes.
Matt Honchar
Matt Honchar is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of business development and management experience in a number of industries including financial services, energy and energy-related industries. Matt began his career in finance, working in various Associate and Management roles at Merrill Lynch and CIBC World Markets, where he built and managed a team dedicated to providing unique investment strategies, products and services to high-net-worth clients across Canada. Matt transitioned his career into the Energy Industry in 2005. Since then, Matt has personally or in a Leadership capacity overseen the successful delivery of complex and advanced energy risk management products and solutions to some of the most recognizable institutions across Canada and into the US. Matt has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph.
